Flagler County Court Judge Andrea K. Totten was appointed to the bench in 2019. She earned her undergraduate degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2005 and previously served as an Assistant Attorney General, an Assistant State Attorney, and as a staff attorney in Volusia County. She currently hears civil cases at the Kim C. Hammond Justice Center in Bunnell.

All hearings are conducted in person.
