WHEREAS, the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida utilizes child support enforcement hearing officers;

NOW THEREFORE, I, LEAH R. CASE, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby order as follows:

1. Neal Coffman and Sharon Feliciano are appointed to serve as Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officers in the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
2. The general powers and duties of child support enforcement hearing officers are set forth in Rule 12.491(e), Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure.
3. Coffman and Ms. Feliciano are appointed for the singular purpose of providing services pursuant to Title IV-D of the Social Security Act and are limited to providing child support enforcement hearing officer services in Title IV-D cases only.
4. Administrative oversight of child support enforcement hearing officers has been delegated by the undersigned to the Court Administrator or his/her designee.
