WHEREAS, the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida utilizes general magistrates and child support enforcement hearing officers;

   NOW THEREFORE, I, LEAH R. CASE, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby order as follows:

1. Alexander Alvarez, Sandra Ambrose, Denise Mensh, and Bernard Tebo are appointed to serve as General Magistrates and Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officers in the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
2. The general powers and duties of general magistrates and child support enforcement hearing officers are set forth in Rules 12.490(c) and 12.491(e), Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure, Rule 8.257(c), Florida Rules of Juvenile Procedure.
3. Administrative oversight of general magistrates and child support enforcement hearing officers has been delegated by the undersigned to the Court Administrator or his/her designee.
