Browser Compatibility Notice:

        WHEREAS, the Supreme Court of Florida adopted minimum standards for supervised visitation programs and directed the chief judge of each circuit to enter into agreements with supervised visitation centers willing to comply with said standards, and

        WHEREAS, supervised visitation programs are an element of a model family court and an important resource to family law judges;

        NOW THEREFORE, I, LEAH R. CASE, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby order as follows:

1. Any supervised visitation program operating in the Seventh Judicial Circuit that wishes to receive cases pursuant to a court order must comply with the standards adopted by the Florida Supreme Court.

2. Prior to accepting cases pursuant to a court order, said visitation program(s) must enter into an agreement with the Seventh Judicial Circuit.

3. When referring cases to supervised visitation programs, judges are to utilize the services of those programs that have entered into agreements pursuant to paragraph # 2 above.

4. The Court Administrator’s Office will maintain a list of supervised visitation programs in the Seventh Judicial Circuit that comply with the terms of this Order and post said list on the Court’s website.
