Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia County courts will be closed Friday, April 3, in observance of Good Friday. Courts (courthouses) throughout the Seventh Circuit will resume normal operations on Monday, April 6.
WHEREAS, it has been made known to the undersigned that the codification of Circuit Civil Administrative Orders in the Seventh Judicial Circuit is necessary for the efficient and proper administration of justice,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERT K. ROUSE, JR., Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, hereby order the codification of all Administrative Orders in the Circuit Civil Division of the Seventh Judicial Circuit.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that said administrative orders shall be numbered for reference in the following manner:
Subject – Year – Numerical Order – Circuit / County
[i.e., CV-2000-001-SC (Seventh Circuit)]
[i.e., CV-2000-001-VL (Volusia County)]
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all administrative orders related to the administration of Circuit Civil matters issued prior to the date of this order are hereby rescinded.
