Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia County courts will be closed Friday, April 3, in observance of Good Friday. Courts (courthouses) throughout the Seventh Circuit will resume normal operations on Monday, April 6.
WHEREAS, pursuant to § 948.09(1)(b), Florida Statutes, persons placed on misdemeanor probation are required to contribute not less than $40 per month to the entity providing probation supervision, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned has determined that an increase to the standard monthly cost of supervision amount is warranted;
NOW THEREFORE, I, LEAH R. CASE, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby set a standard monthly cost of supervision fee of $55.00 for individuals placed on misdemeanor probation in Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia counties on or after January 5, 2026.
