Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia County courts will be closed Friday, April 3, in observance of Good Friday. Courts (courthouses) throughout the Seventh Circuit will resume normal operations on Monday, April 6.
WHEREAS, § 914.16, Florida Statutes, requires the chief judge of each circuit, after consultation with appropriate officials, to provide for limits on the number of interviews that victims of certain crimes who are under the age of sixteen, or who have an intellectual disability as defined in § 393.063, Florida Statutes, must submit to for law enforcement or discovery purposes;
NOW THEREFORE, I, LEAH R. CASE, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, hereby order and direct as follows:
TO BE RECORDED in Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia counties.
