All Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia County courts will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 25, and Wednesday, Jan. 1, for Christmas and New Year’s.
WHEREAS, chief judges are authorized to appoint administrative judges pursuant to Rule 2.215(b)(5), Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned has determined that the appointment of an administrative judge for the criminal division is in the best interest of the Seventh Judicial Circuit;
NOW THEREFORE, I, LEAH R. CASE, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby appoint the Honorable Elizabeth A. Blackburn as Administrative Judge of the Criminal Division in the Seventh Judicial Circuit. The duties of the Administrative Judge of the Criminal Division include, but are not limited to, the following:
