Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia County courts will be closed Friday, April 3, in observance of Good Friday. Courts (courthouses) throughout the Seventh Circuit will resume normal operations on Monday, April 6.
WHEREAS, it has been made known to the undersigned that law enforcement agencies are required to capture certain information on all persons charged with criminal offenses and report said information to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and
WHEREAS, the State Attorney’s Office and Law Enforcement agencies within the Seventh Judicial Circuit have developed a form for that purpose (SA 7-07);
NOW THEREFORE, I, TERENCE R. PERKINS, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby order all law enforcement agencies throughout the Seventh Judicial Circuit to utilize forms which substantially comply with the SA 7-07 for purposes of capturing and reporting relevant information.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the State Attorney’s Office will provide training to all affected parties regarding the use of the revised forms.
