WHEREAS, it has been made known to the undersigned that the codification of Criminal administrative orders in the Seventh Judicial Circuit is necessary for the efficient and proper administration of justice,
NOW THEREFORE, I, TERENCE R. PERKINS, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby order the codification of all administrative orders in the Criminal Division of the Seventh Judicial Circuit.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that said administrative orders be numbered for reference in the following manner:
Subject – Year – Numerical Order – Circuit/County
[i.e., CR 2017-001-SC (Seventh Circuit)]
[ -FG (Flagler County)]
[ -PT (Putnam County)]
[ -SJ (St. Johns County)]
[ -VL (Volusia County)]
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all administrative orders related to the administration of Criminal matters issued prior to the date of this order are hereby rescinded.
TO BE RECORDED in Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns and Volusia counties.
