Seventh Judicial Circuit Clerks of Court offer Operation Green Light

The Clerks of Court in Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia counties are participating in Operation Green Light, a statewide initiative that offers individuals with suspended driver licenses the opportunity to save on fees and have their licenses reinstated.

Flagler County – Operation Green Light will take place Monday through Friday from March 31 to April 12, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Court obligations may be paid in person at the Kim C. Hammond Justice Center, 1769 E. Moody Blvd., Building 1, Bunnell.

Putnam County – Operation Green Light will run from March 29 through April 12. Services will be available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Individuals may participate in person. For more information, visit: https://putnamclerk.com/operation-green-light/

St. Johns County – Now through April 12, 2025, court obligations may be paid in person at the Richard O. Watson Judicial Center, by phone at 904-819-3600, or online at: https://stjohnsclerk.com/ogl2025/

  • March 31: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (extended hours)
  • April 1–4: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

  • March 31 through April 4: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
