Circuit Judge Rose Marie Karadsheh Preddy was appointed to the bench in 2023. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctor from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law. She was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1995 and to The Florida Bar in 1997 and worked in private practice, holding an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell until her appointment to the bench. She currently presides in a Unified Family Court division at the Richard O. Watson Judicial Center in St. Augustine.
