Circuit Judge Rose Marie Karadsheh Preddy was appointed to the bench in 2023. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in May 1997 and maintained a private law practice prior to her appointment. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her law degree from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University. Judge Preddy currently presides over a Unified Family Court division at the Putnam County Courthouse in Palatka.
