Circuit Judge Randell H. Rowe III was appointed to the bench in 2005. He earned an undergraduate degree from Stetson University and a juris doctor from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University. Before becoming a judge, he was an assistant county attorney for Volusia County and a staff attorney for the Seventh Judicial Circuit. Judge Rowe is currently assigned to a felony division at the Volusia County Courthouse in DeLand.
