Circuit Judge Randell H. Rowe III was appointed to the bench in 2005. He earned his undergraduate degree from Stetson University and his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1988 and previously served as an Assistant County Attorney in Volusia County and as a staff attorney in Flagler County. He currently hears civil cases at the Volusia County Courthouse in DeLand.
