Volusia County Court Judge Rachel D. Myers was appointed to the bench in 2022. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2011 and served as an Assistant State Attorney before working in private practice, including as managing partner of Myers Law Group, P.A. She currently hears criminal cases at the Volusia County Courthouse in DeLand.
