Circuit Judge Matthew M. Foxman was elected to the bench in 2010. Prior to becoming a judge, he was a prosecutor in the Seventh Judicial Circuit for more than 10 years. Judge Foxman has an undergraduate degree from Florida State University and a juris doctor from Stetson University College of Law. He currently hears family law cases at the Volusia County Courthouse in Deland.
