Due to a power outage, the Steven C. Henderson Judicial Center in Daytona Beach will close at 11:15 am today, July 30, 2026. The courthouse will remain closed until tomorrow, July 31, at 8 am.
Circuit Judge Mary G. Jolley was appointed to the bench in 2015. She earned her undergraduate degree from Marymount University and her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1996 and previously served as an Assistant County Attorney in Volusia County, a Senior Assistant Attorney General, and as a law clerk for the late Honorable Robert H. Staton of the Indiana Court of Appeals. She is board-certified in criminal appellate law. She currently hears civil cases at the Steven C. Henderson Judicial Center in Daytona Beach.
