Circuit Judge Mary G. Jolley was appointed to the bench in 2015. Before becoming a judge, she was an Assistant County Attorney for the Volusia County Attorney’s Office and a Senior Assistant Attorney General. She earned her undergraduate degree from Marymount University, Arlington, Va., and her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, Newark, N.J. She worked as a law clerk for the late Honorable Robert H. Staton, of the Indiana Court of Appeals, before becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 1996. She is board certified in criminal appellate law. Judge Jolley previously presided over the Unified Family Division, hearing cases in juvenile delinquency, dependency, and related family-law matters, as well as Early Childhood Court. Judge Jolley currently hears civil cases at the Steven C. Henderson Judicial Center in Daytona Beach and Marchman cases at the S. James Foxman Justice Center in Daytona Beach.
