Circuit Judge Kenneth Janesk was appointed to the bench in 2020. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2010 and previously served as an assistant state attorney. He currently presides in a Unified Family Court division at the Richard O. Watson Judicial Center in St. Augustine.

Effective September 29, 2025, Circuit Civil matters in Putnam County (Division 53) are assigned to Judge Upchurch. Probate matters in Putnam County will now be assigned to Judge France in Division 51.
