Circuit Judge Kathryn D. Weston was elected to the bench in 2014. She earned her undergraduate degree from Stetson University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2004 and worked in private practice in Chicago before returning to Florida to continue in private practice. She is board-certified by The Florida Bar in business litigation. She currently hears criminal cases at the S. James Foxman Justice Center in Daytona Beach.
