Circuit Judge Katherine H. Miller was appointed to the bench in 2024 and served as a Volusia County Court Judge for nearly two years before her appointment as a Circuit Judge in 2026. She earned her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2006 and worked in private practice before her appointment. She is board certified in condominium and planned development law. She currently presides in a Unified Family Court division at the Putnam County Courthouse in Palatka.
