Circuit Judge David S. Wainer, III, was appointed to the bench in 2024. Prior to his appointment, he spent twenty-seven years in private civil litigation practice. He earned an undergraduate degree from Florida State University and a law degree from the University of Florida. Judge Wainer currently hears juvenile delinquency and dependency cases at the Steven C. Henderson Judicial Center in Daytona Beach.
