Circuit Judge David S. Wainer III was appointed to the bench in 2024. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1996 and worked in private practice before his appointment. He currently hears Juvenile cases at the Steven C. Henderson Judicial Center in Daytona Beach.
