Circuit Judge Christopher Kelly has been a judge since 2013. He served as a Volusia County Court Judge for nine years before being appointed Circuit Judge in 2021. Before coming to the bench, Judge Kelly spent more than 10 years as an assistant state attorney and also worked in private practice. He earned an undergraduate degree from Florida State University and a law degree from the University of Florida. Judge Kelly currently presides over family law cases at the Volusia County Courthouse in DeLand.
