Circuit Judge Christopher Ferebee was appointed to the bench in 2018. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2005 and previously served as an assistant state attorney. He currently hears criminal cases at the Richard O. Watson Judicial Center in St. Augustine.

All proposed orders should be sent in Word format to division56@circuit7.org.

Hearings scheduled in front of Judge Ferebee, excluding family law CMC’s and Pretrials, require in-person appearances. A party may only appear via Zoom if they file a motion with cause, submit a proposed order in Word format to division56@circuit7.org and receive a signed order granting permission to do so before the date of the scheduled hearing.
