Circuit Judge Christopher Ferebee was appointed to the bench in 2018. He had been the managing assistant state attorney in St. Johns County for the Seventh Circuit State Attorney’s Office. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. Judge Ferebee presides in a unified family court division at the Richard O. Watson Judicial Center in St. Augustine.

Hearings scheduled in front of Judge Ferebee, excluding family law CMC’s and Pretrials, require in-person appearances. A party may only appear via Zoom if they file a motion with cause, submit a proposed order in Word format to division58@circuit7.org and receive a signed order granting permission to do so before the date of the scheduled hearing.
