Flagler County Court Judge Andrea K. Totten was appointed to the bench in 2019. Prior to becoming a judge, she served as an Assistant Attorney General, an Assistant State Attorney, and a Law Clerk. She received her bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and her law degree from The University of Toledo. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2005. She presides over civil and probate cases at the Kim C. Hammond Justice Center in Bunnell.
All hearings are conducted in person unless appearance by Zoom has been requested by motion and granted by court order. See “important links” below for instructions on motioning for appearance by Zoom.
