All Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia County courts will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 25, and Wednesday, Jan. 1, for Christmas and New Year’s.
Flagler County Court Judge Andrea K. Totten was appointed to the bench in 2019. Prior to becoming a judge, she served as an Assistant Attorney General, an Assistant State Attorney, and a Law Clerk. She received her bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and her law degree from The University of Toledo. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2005. She presides over civil and probate cases at the Kim C. Hammond Justice Center in Bunnell.
All hearings are conducted in person.
