Circuit Judge A. Kathleen McNeilly was elected to the bench in 2016. She earned her undergraduate degree from Stetson University and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1988 and served as a law clerk for the federal judiciary before entering private practice. She currently hears criminal and Drug Court cases at the Volusia County Courthouse in DeLand.
