Putnam County Court Judge K. Mark Johnson was appointed to the bench in 2026. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2000.  Prior to taking the bench, he served as an assistant state attorney in the 7th Judicial Circuit for 17 years and in the 2nd Judicial Circuit for five years. He currently presides in County Civil and Drug Court divisions at the Putnam County Courthouse in Palatka.
