WHAT WE RECORD

Court Reporting Services are responsible for creating the verbatim record of court proceedings required to be reported/recorded at public expense in Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns and Volusia counties.

This is accomplished through the use of digital court recording and includes the following proceedings:

• Criminal (felony & misdemeanor)
• Juvenile Delinquency
• Injunction for Protection
• Juvenile Dependency & TPR*
• Guardianship of a Person** (§ 744.109(1), F.S.)
• Mental Health: Baker Act & Risk Protection Order**
• Substance Abuse: Marchman Act**
• Adult Protective Services Act**
• Proceedings before the General Magistrate
• Proceedings before the Child Support Hearing Officer

Stenographic reporters cover all death penalty trials and capital post-conviction relief proceedings.

RECORDING REQUESTS

Recordings cost $20.00 per event requested.  Payment is required before the request is processed. See administrative order G-2025-037-SC.

Note: Payment includes an additional, non-refundable processing fee of $2.50.

If you are not a party to the requested case, the recording will be redacted, and any confidential information will be removed from the recording that you receive.

*Requestors must have a signed Court Order allowing release of the recording to the requesting party.

**Proceedings can only be released to parties to the case.
