        WHEREAS, it has been made known to the undersigned that the prompt and expeditious administration of County Court matters requires the assignment of an Administrative County Court Judge in and for Volusia County;

        NOW, THEREFORE, I, LEAH R. CASE, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, do hereby designate Judge Bryan A. Feigenbaum as Administrative Judge of Volusia County Court.  In his capacity as administrative county court judge, Judge Feigenbaum has the following duties, responsibilities and authority:

1. Serve as the presiding judge of en banc sessions of the Volusia County Court or of any meetings of the Volusia County Court Judges.
2. Prepare an annual schedule for the coverage of First Appearances and emergency duty.
3. Sign reassignment orders upon the recusal (disqualification) of Volusia County Court judges.
4. Recommend policies and propose administrative orders to the Chief Judge for the efficient operation of the Volusia County Court.
5. Ensure that all divisions of Volusia County Court are open and available to the public during normal operating hours.

All other matters administrative matters are to be referred to the Chief Judge and/or Court Administrator.
