All Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia County courts will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 25, and Wednesday, Jan. 1, for Christmas and New Year’s.
Volusia County Court Judge Katherine H. Miller was appointed to the bench in 2023 and began her term in January 2024. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2006 and is Board Certified in the area of Condominium and Planned Development Law. Prior to her appointment, Judge Miller was in private practice, most recently with Wright & Casey in New Smyrna Beach. She received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and her law degree from Stetson University. Judge Miller currently hears civil cases at the Steven C. Henderson Judicial Center in Daytona Beach.
