Re: Procedure for Selecting Jury Lists and Jury Venires in St. Johns County, Florida

WHEREAS, a majority of the judges conducting jury trials in St. Johns County, Florida have authorized the use of an automated system to select jury lists and jury venires for both grand and petit juries, and
WHEREAS, said automated system has been approved by the Supreme Court of Florida (see Supreme Court Administrative Order AOSC17-24 dated May 3, 2017);
NOW THEREFORE, I, JAMES R. CLAYTON, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby order the adoption of the procedure approved by the Supreme Court of Florida for the selection of persons for grand and petit jury service in St. Johns County, Florida.
