Re: Transfer / Reassignment of Tobacco Litigation Engle Progeny Cases

        WHEREAS, it has been determined that in the interest of judicial economy, all tobacco litigation (Engle progeny cases) in the Seventh Judicial Circuit should reside in a single judicial division;

        NOW THEREFORE, I, JAMES R. CLAYTON, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby order that all tobacco litigation (Engle progeny cases) currently pending in the Seventh Judicial Circuit be transferred / reassigned to Division 31 (Volusia County, Civil).

TO BE RECORDED in Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns and Volusia counties.
