Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia County Courts will be closed on Monday, Jan. 20, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Circuit Judge Kenneth Janesk was appointed to the bench in 2020 and began his term in January 2021. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2010 and served as an assistant State Attorney, managing the Putnam County office. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. Judge Janesk hears civil and probate/guardianship cases at both the Richard O. Watson Judicial Center in St. Augustine and the Putnam County Courthouse in Palatka.
