Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns and Volusia County courts will be closed Thursday, Dec. 25, and Friday, Dec. 26, for the Christmas holiday. Courts (courthouses) throughout the Seventh Circuit will resume normal operations Monday, Dec. 29.
