Volusia County Court Judge David H. Foxman was appointed to the bench in 2007. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1993 and worked in private practice. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General and as an Assistant State Attorney. He currently hears civil cases at the Steven C. Henderson Judicial Center in Daytona Beach.
