Circuit Judge Christopher Kelly was elected to the bench in 2013 and served as a Volusia County Court Judge for nine years before his appointment as a Circuit Judge in 2021. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1995 and previously served as an Assistant State Attorney and worked in private practice. He currently presides over family law cases at the Volusia County Courthouse in DeLand.
