Courthouses in Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia counties will be closed Monday, Sept. 21, in observance of Yom Kippur. Regular operations will resume Tuesday, Sept. 22.
WHEREAS, it has been made known to the undersigned that the codification of Probate/Guardianship/Mental Health Administrative Orders in the Seventh Judicial Circuit is necessary for the efficient and proper administration of justice,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERT K. ROUSE, JR. Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, hereby order the codification of all Administrative Orders in the Probate/ Guardianship/Mental Health Division of the Seventh Judicial Circuit.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that said administrative orders shall be numbered for reference in the following manner:
Subject – Year – Numerical Order- Circuit/County
[i.e. PB-2000-001-SC (Seventh Circuit)]
[ PB-2000-001-VL (Volusia County)]
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all administrative orders related to the administration of Probate/Guardianship/Mental Health matters issued prior to the date of this order are hereby rescinded.
