Ref: G-2024-021-SC

        WHEREAS, § 43.26, Florida Statutes, delineates certain powers and duties of chief judges;

        NOW THEREFORE, I, LEAH R. CASE, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, pursuant to §§ 43.26(2)(f) & 43.26(5), Florida Statutes, hereby delegate to Mark A. Weinberg, Trial Court Administrator of the Seventh Judicial Circuit the authority to act on my and the Circuit’s behalf in all matters related to the administration of the Circuit. This authority includes but is not limited to binding the Circuit in contracts and agreements, making expense and capital purchases, authorizing/approving travel and mileage, and approving personnel actions.
