IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF FLORIDA, SEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PUTNAM COUNTY
Re: Procedure for Selecting Jury Lists and Jury Venires in Putnam County, Florida

WHEREAS, a majority of the judges conducting jury trials in Putnam County, Florida have authorized the use of an automated system to select jury lists and jury venires for both grand and petit juries, and
WHEREAS, said automated system has been approved by the Supreme Court of Florida (see Supreme Court Administrative Order AOSC11-43 dated December 16, 2011);
NOW THEREFORE, I, JAMES R. CLAYTON, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby rescind Administrative Order O-98-037, and order the adoption of the procedure approved by the Supreme Court of Florida for the selection of persons for grand and petit jury service in Putnam County, Florida.
