WHEREAS, the Court believes that the perspective of stakeholders with an interest in the family court system will assist the Court designing a more effective and efficient family court system, and
WHEREAS, the Florida Supreme Court has recommended that each circuit create a family law advisory group to support and advise the family court;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, JULIANNE PIGGOTTE, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby appoint the following to membership on the Seventh Judicial Circuit’s Family Law Advisory Group (FLAG):

The FLAG will meet at the discretion of the chair. The FLAG’S primary purpose is to provide an open forum to discuss improvements to the family court system within the Seventh Judicial Circuit and to facilitate communication with family court stakeholders.
Nothing in this Order prohibits the formation of FLAG subcommittees in each county of the circuit to address county specific issues.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Administrative Order # FM-2002-005-SC is hereby rescinded.
