WHEREAS, pursuant to § 948.09(1)(b), Florida Statutes, persons placed on misdemeanor probation are required to contribute not less than $40 per month to the entity providing probation supervision, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned has determined that an increase to the standard monthly cost of supervision amount is warranted;
NOW THEREFORE, I, RAUL A. ZAMBRANO, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby order the standard cost of supervision fee for individuals placed on misdemeanor probation in Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns and Volusia counties on or after July 2, 2018 to be $50 per month.
TO BE RECORDED in Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns and Volusia counties.
