All courthouses in the Seventh Judicial Circuit, serving Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia counties, will close on Thursday, Sept. 26, due to the anticipated impact of Tropical Storm Helene, which is forecast to strengthen into a hurricane. First Appearances are included in the closure.
