All Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia County courts will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 25, and Wednesday, Jan. 1, for Christmas and New Year’s.

In addition to the previously announced closures in the Seventh Judicial Circuit, serving Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia counties, for Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 9 and 10, all courthouses in the Seventh Judicial Circuit will also be closed on Friday, Oct. 11, due to the anticipated impact of Hurricane Milton. This closure includes First Appearances, Detention Hearings, and Shelter Hearings.
Weather and circumstances permitting, First Appearances, Detention Hearings, and Shelter Hearings may resume on Saturday, Oct. 12. Regular court operations are anticipated to resume on Monday, Oct. 14.
