Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia County courts will be closed Monday, Jan. 19, for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Courts (courthouses) throughout the Seventh Circuit will resume normal operations on Tuesday, Jan. 20.
Florida courts now offer e-Notify, a new system that can send text or email alerts of upcoming events for criminal court.
Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact the Court by phone or in writing.
