Circuit Judge Leah R. Case was appointed to the bench in 2010. Before her appointment, Judge Case was Deputy Chief of Volusia County for the State Attorney’s Office, Seventh Judicial Circuit and had 16 years experience prosecuting criminal cases. She earned both her undergraduate degree and her juris doctor from the University of Florida. She currently hears criminal cases at the S. James Foxman Justice Center in Daytona Beach.
