Volusia County Court Judge David H. Foxman was appointed to the bench in 2007. Before his appointment, he was in private practice in Daytona Beach. He also served as an assistant attorney general and assistant state attorney for the Office of the State Attorney, Seventh Judicial Circuit. He earned an undergraduate degree from Florida State University and his juris doctor from the University of Florida. Judge Foxman currently hears criminal cases at the Steven C. Henderson Judicial Center in Daytona Beach.
