Putnam County Court Judge Anne Marie Gennusa was appointed to the bench in 2023. Before becoming a judge, she was owner and managing partner of Gennusa Law, PA for over 22 years. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and before the United States Supreme Court. Judge Gennusa earned her law degree from Temple University School of Law and dual master certifications in Human Resource Management and Government Contracting from Villanova University. She has worked as an assistant public defender, assistant state attorney, Florida Supreme Court certified family law mediator, and a qualified arbitrator. Judge Gennusa presides over criminal (misdemeanor) and criminal traffic cases at the Putnam County Court House in Palatka, Florida.
