Circuit Judge A. Christian Miller was elected to the bench in 2018 and served as a Volusia County Court Judge for seven years before his appointment as a Circuit Judge in 2025. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2006 and served as an Assistant State Attorney. Before that, he worked in private practice, and while in law school, he interned with the Public Defender’s Office of the Sixth Judicial Circuit. He currently hears criminal cases at the S. James Foxman Judicial Center in Daytona Beach.
