Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia County Courts will be closed on Monday, Jan. 20, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
The Appellate Division of the Circuit Court hears appeals from the County Court and from various quasi-judicial boards and administrative agencies, and issues appellate opinions following its review of these matters.
